Refund Policy

Last updated: 14 August 2026

In one line. Store Shift is a digital service billed monthly through Shopify, and fees are generally non-refundable. A free plan is available so you can confirm the app works with your store before you pay, and you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

1. Test before you pay — this is the important one

Every account starts on the free plan, which migrates up to 10 products and 10 customers with the full feature set: variants, images, collections and background processing.

That free plan exists for exactly one reason — so you can verify, at no cost, that:

Because this evaluation is free, unlimited in time and requires no card, we do not offer refunds on the basis that the paid plan did not do what you hoped. The paid plans differ from the free plan only in volume — not in behaviour. If it works on the free plan it works on the paid one, and if it does not work on the free plan, please do not upgrade.

3. Situations where a refund is not provided

To be clear and avoid disappointment, fees are not refunded in the following circumstances. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.

4. When we do issue a refund

We will refund you, without argument, where:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify, normally within 5–10 business days once processed by Shopify.

5. Please talk to us first

Almost every migration problem we see is fixable, and usually quickly — a credential that needs re-issuing, a store that needs to be reachable, a plan that needs upgrading, or failed records that simply need retrying. The app lists every failure with the exact reason, and failures can be retried individually.

Before requesting a refund, please open a ticket from the Support page inside the app or email support@webnday.com. We would much rather make the migration work than take your money for something that did not.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@webnday.com within 30 days of the charge, with:

We review each request individually and reply within 5 business days. Our decision is made in good faith on the basis of this policy and the records of your account.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. Because billing runs through Shopify, a chargeback is slow, is decided without the context of your account, and results in immediate suspension of the app for the store concerned until it is resolved.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country, where such law applies to you. Where those rights apply, they take precedence over this policy. Shopify may also apply its own merchant-protection policies to charges made through its billing system.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date of your charge.
